By far, warming isn't biggest worry

Reports from the Kyoto conference on global climate change are showing huge differences in the positions taken by delegates from more than 150 nations assembled by the United Nations to forge an international agreement to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to stop global warming that is anticipated by some computer simulations. Reading between the lines, it looks like the wheels are coming off the conference, despite the best efforts of Al Gore and Clinton administration bureaucrats to pave the way for a global warming treaty.
